We've been working night and day to improve the GraphicMail account and the time has come to show you what you can expect.
Throughout 2014 we introduced numerous features to enhance the GraphicMail system and this year we've already made some huge improvements. At the start of this year came with the introduction of our new Image Editor which is available within our latest Email Creator.
Soon all account holders will have a new account layout which is going to make it even easier to use their account. We have focused on the navigation & ease of use which led us to enhance some of our best features.
What's new?
You asked and we listened! We've made big changes which are going to help you get the most out of your GraphicMail account:New Layout:
The new account layout will improve the performance of your account. It's going to guide you through the process of importing, creating & sending your email campaigns. We believe this will help you to easily work through various features in your account making the whole process quicker.
New Features:
• Integrate email, SMS & social in your campaign - You can now include them all in one campaign so once you click 'send' it will send your email, post your message or image on Facebook/Twitter & send your text message all at once.
• Create segments based on actions - We've enhanced the segmentation tool so you can now create a segment via the list management area which includes actions your recipients have taken. This means you can create a segment based on those that have taken an action with your email such as if they've opened or clicked on a link within the past 60 days.
• Improved A/B Testing - We have simplified this feature by including a slider which allows you to manually move the percentage of subscribers you'd like to include in the A/B Test.
• Improved Inbox Preview - The inbox preview tool has always been free for paying accounts as it's a vital part of your email campaign as it shows you exactly how your email will look in different email clients. We have now improved this feature by increasing the amount of email clients being shown from 14 to 30+ previews & it also now displays in under 5 minutes. This should help to give you complete confidence when using our free responsive templates, or sending one of your own.
• New Personalisation Preview - We have updated & renamed the send preview within the account to 'Personalisation Preview' so you can easily locate & preview the personalisation within your emails.
• New Double Opt-in Templates - We have updated & included more double opt-in templates for you to use & customise.
• New Subscription Form Builder - We've introduced a whole new form builder which will make styling your forms even easier. It also includes new export options to make it easier for you to include the forms on your website.
Who will have access to it?
To ease the transition we have introduced this new layout to all new users including new trial accounts & those that upgrade to paying subscriptions. This is just phase one of the transition as we intend to roll out the new layout to all existing customers soon.
